Douglas H. Cook is a legal educator, an educational administrator, and a practicing lawyer. He has been on the faculty at Regent University School of Law for 22 years, and currently serves as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
He teaches Torts, Insurance Law, and Nonprofit, Tax-Exempt Organizations. He also practices law, as Of Counsel with the Davis Law Group in Chesapeake, Virginia, focusing on nonprofit issues, church law, and tax exemption. He is married to his high-school sweetheart, Carole. They have four children and two Labrador retrievers.
