Dave Velloney describes himself as a Christian, husband, dad, law professor, and retired Army JAG, in that order. He joined the faculty at the Regent University School of Law in August 2008 and currently teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Legislation. His career as an Army lawyer included service as a Legislative Counsel for the Secretary of the Army, Associate Professor at the Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia, and numerous other assignments throughout the United States, Germany, and Macedonia. He has been married to his best friend, Felitz, for 18 years, and they have three daughters. They are all avid soccer, skiing, and Red Sox fans.
